OK. So I am getting back on track with a new sketch after having a sort-of vacation last week with a ton of family in town. This little booger either ate too many burritos or had WAY too much soda... either way HE'S GONNA BLOW!!!!!!!!
T. Kyle Gentry was born in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1974 and grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. Inspired largely by Disney movies, Star Wars, and Saturday morning cartoons, he began drawing at an early age. After graduating from High School, Kyle attended college at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, where he was introduced to the work of classic illustrators such as Norman Rockwell, J.C. Leyendecker, Alphonse Mucha, and Maxfield Parrish, as well as contemporary illustrators such as Scott Gustafson, Peter de Seve, James Christiensen, C.F. Payne,
Mark Summers, and Michael Whelan. Soon after graduating with a BFA in 1997, he began illustrating professionally.
